3. Save confirmation when starting to collate.
   
   Added a customizable save confirmation dialog that asks the user which dirty
   editors to save. The editor list can be filtered by the caller. When there is
   no dirty open editor (that matches the filter criterion) there is no user
   interaction.
   
   That dialog is called before scheduling a collation job. (detail)
