Merged changesets 13367, 13509, and 13519 from trunk, fixing TG-1856

r13367: Added a feature for the OSGified version of Saxon 9 HE.
r13509: Include Saxon 9.4 HE to the dependencies of the XML editor & to the feature.
r13519: Removed XSLT _1.0_ requirement from usage messages.

Fixes TG-1856 -- XSLT 2.0 in the XML editor's preview page

merged r14308 and r14310 from trunk:

Use the default filename policy from link rewriter 0.2.1 for generating the file names for export.

This creates filenames from the ASCIIfied version of the first title field + the URI,
which should fix issue TG-1399: Export of TextGrid Objects returns files without original name
