Parallelize SVG rendering.
Running this via parallel streams didn't really work, and rendering 
clogged max 1 core. To speed things up, we now run
${faust.diplo.threads} (defaulting to the number of available cores) 
page generating jobs in parallel using a (fixed) thread pool.
