Changes

Downgraded tg-publish to 1.5.0_3-SNAPSHOT.

tg-publish 1.8.0 has dependencies on javax.ws.rs.core [2.0.0,3.0.0) and
org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.client [2.7.0,3.0.0) which need to be resolved
first for the lab.
