Updated child projects to new parent pom

Updated submodules to 3.1.2 hotfix

shell scripts for collecting translation files from all lab module
subdirectorys and to copy them back

Disable p2 mirrors for lab build.
With enabled p2 mirrors, tycho seems to fail to access the mirror 
configured for babel, resulting in fun like this:
